I specialize in Infor M3 planning solutions, with deep expertise accross the M3 BE MRP engine, its embedded forecasting and planning capabilities, and the associated planning workbenches - including Scheduling Workbench (SWB), Demand Planner (DMP), and Inventory Planning Workbench (IPW).

 

My focus is helping companies implement, optimize, and evolve their end-to-end planning solutions within the Infor M3 ecosystem.

With over two decades of experience in production and logistics planning, master data management, and supply chain execution, I work at every level - from configuring individual workbench parameters to architecting end-to-end planning flows that span your entire M3 deployment.

My hands-on work covers these key areas of the M3 planning ecosystem:

• Infor M3 Scheduling Workbench (SWB), used extensively since 2006

• Infor M3 Demand Planner (DMP), adopted from 2009 onward

• The core MRP engine with its embedded forecasting and planning logic

• Inventory Planning Workbench (IPW) for inventory-level planning

Throughout these engagements. I have led implementations, delivered custom enhancements, and provided ongoing support and development services accross multiple organizations. 

 

I've been working with Infor M3 systems since 2003. From 2003 to 2009, I worked as an employee/consultant before establishing my independent practice. Since 2009, I have operated as an independent consultant, offering freelance services. 

 

I work through my own company, ULB Consulting, s.r.o., a private limited company, where I serve as owner, director and consultant.
