I specialize in Infor M3 Scheduling Workbench (SWB) and Infor M3 Demand Planner (DMP), helping companies implement, optimize, and evolve their planning solutions within these systems.

With a strong background in production and logistics planning, master data, and supply chain execution, I have developed a strong expertise in SWB and DMP - two areas I've worked with extensively alongside other consulting activities.

• Infor M3 Scheduling Workbench (SWB) - I've worked with SWB since 2006, delivering 9 full implementation projects where I was fully responsible for the implementation. In addition to these, I've also provided support, enhancements, and development services in other SWB-related projects.

• Infor M3 Demand Planner (DMP) - My experience with DMP dates back to 2009, including 6 implementation projects and numerous support engagements for different organizations.

I've been working with Infor M3 systems sincen 2003. From 2003 to 2009, I worked as an employee/consultant before starting my own practice. Since 2009, I have been operating as an independent consultant, offering freelance services. 

 

I work through my own company, ULB Consulting, s.r.o., a private limited company, where I serve as owner, director and consultant.
