    Most of my consulting work is conducted remotely, which has proven to be the most efficient and flexible approach thanks to today's advanced collaboration tools.

    Since 2020, I've successfully delivered several full implementation projects entirely remotely, demonstrating that on-site presence is not a requirement for effective project execution.

    That said, on-site visits can still be valuable in certain situations. I'm happy to travel when we identify specific benefits, but my goal is always to work with clients to find the most effective and efficient mix of remote and in-person support -- balancing quality, time, and cost.
